1694 posts · Joined 2013. #9 · Sep 20, 2017. Just as a note, the earlier 2.4's were slightly more powerful than the later ones. The 1990 to 1997 were 78 bhp as opposed to the later one with 75 bhp. The 1.9's were 61 Bhp for non turbo or 68 with turbo. The later 2.5's come in 88 or 102.

If everything is there (including alternator and steering pump) you can just drop it in there, using everything including the engine mounts. Chipwizards. An '03 T4 is definitely flashable so £150 it is. That includes a diagnostic check beforehand, a dyno run beforehand (there's no point remapping it if it has issues that need sorting first), several dyno runs during the remapping session, a 'before and after' printout and £20 going to H4H too.
I ran all my 2.4D Turbo T4's on 100% new veg oil £13.96 / 20l I had the injection pumps rebuilt with Viton Seals and fitted a heat exchanger . i also changed the injector bleed off line with Viton ones too .
