🐠 Mazda 3 Headlights Not Working

Failure Date: 09/08/2011. From the time I purchased this vehicle the plastic lens on the xenon headlights has been cloudy. The vehicle is garaged and presently has just 15,000 miles. Checked bulbs and both were good. The taillights are on the same fuse as headlights, meaning there is no separate fuse to check. If you have headlights you should have taillights.
